Hi Wolf,

I did get an email back from one of the folks over at Wetpaint telling me to hang on. I reckon they got slammed with emails. Maybe more interest in this than they had anticipated.

I’ll update here when I get more news.

I’m eagerly awaiting this one, also. I entered my e-mail but I didn’t get any sort of response.. not even a message saying that they got the e-mail address. So.. a bit odd.

I really want to know more of how Injected works because they seem a touch vague but as if they’re eluding to some truly wonderous capabilities!

With the case of Injected, my understanding is that the data would be entered through your website and viewed on your website, but the interface, innards, and storage would be served up from Wetpaint. So this one is even stickier than the MySpace issue where everything occurs on MySpace. Injected could seem like a Cloud storage/service. Of course, how they write the license will end the discussion with a final note, unless they don’t address it.

What in the world is Data Portability?…

Well let’s talk about openness on the web. Up until about 2 years ago, the idea that data should be shared amongst sites was unfathomable. Not because it couldn’t be done, but because everyone was greedy. MySpace sharing its data with a competitor?…
