Great plugin, thank you. Just a quick note about the auto insert into the post. Do you have a version somewhere that is enabled? Ha… I am doing an auto classified for members, and it may be asking too much for car dealers to include the snippet at the end of their postings.
But again, really appreciate your work. Will definately look into donation once the site is running.

I’m not sure that Supple Forms can handle that. You might have a look at Gravity Forms or Flutter.

I want to create an order form that tallies up a total based on mostly radio button selections. Is there a way to make that happen so we get not only the submitted options but the final price? Thanks,

Terrific Plugin! Our 11 yr old birder has been on to me for some time to figure out a way he could log his bird counts on his blog. Your plugin was easy to install and use!

Now I just have to figure out enough php or CSS or to total his counts from the db for his “Log” page…. at least he will be happily plugging in data for awhile (while I learn).

Anyway, I really hope the auto add to post works soon and I hope to see more added in fields:

allowing user to Insert/Upload image function to the form
maybe description, subheadings and tables too
just like a survey form

there’s a bug though, when I edit, and save, and then I click on the drop down list to add a field, the order number doesn’t get update automatically

and whenever I trash the post, the database viewer doesn’t get updated or the post entry isn’t deleted

Hi,
cant understand if this plugin also integrates with sending a form, i mean:
i’d thought to use this plugin to create an order form where people can write how many pieces of the article would like to receive (a sort of cart but i dont want to use a cart)
at the end of it all, this plug in can send an e-mail with the collected data?
moreover: can it calculate? e.g. 10 * 10 = 100

The video is still not working. It would be great if I could do more with the custom tables. Use existing tables, for example.
