SAP-TIP: View All Recurring Entry Documents

FBD3 - View Recurring Entry DocumentTo view multiple recurring entry documents at the same time, use report: S_ALR_87012346 (you can type that into the navigation bar where you type t-codes). If you’d rather browse to it in the SAP Menu, be prepared for a minor journey. The path is:

Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> General Ledger -> Information System -> General Ledger Reports -> Document -> General -> Recurring Entry Documents -> S_ALR_87012346 – Recurring Entry Documents

Recurring entry documents reportOnce you finally get there, you can limit your selection by a ton of fields, the most useful being: Fiscal Year, Entered by, Start date, End date, Document number, Customer accounts, Vendor Accounts, G/L Accounts. Here’s an example of the output (click to make larger).

If you’re just looking to view a single document, use T-code: FBD3 – Display Recurring Entry Document: Overview.
