Programmers: Where are they now?

I’d like to point up a blog post by Leonard Richardson who pulled together a list of “where are they nows” on programmers who were interviewed for the 1986 book, Programmers at Work. I find it irresistably interesting to see the paths that people’s lives take. The list is a who’s who of programmers who created seminal works like VisiCalc, C/PM, Lotus 1-2-3, and Pac-Man.

One of the commenters mentioned a modern corollary to Programmers at Work, which is Founders at Work.
