Maybe it is obvious to everyone but me, but here is a really quick tip that took me a few minutes to figure out. When sending someone an email in Microsoft Outlook, their email address gets remembered in the Address auto-fill memory. I had to do a mass email to a few hundred people in my company that I didn’t know; then their names started showing up in the auto-complete every time I did an email. Here’s the solution:
To clear out email addresses or names from Outlook’s address auto-complete: simply select the name you want to remove and hit Delete. If you want to zap them all, just go through the alphabet and hold down Delete until they’re gone from each letter.
Too simple, I know.
